The Players Championship brings the top sixteen on the one-year ranking list to Telford. The early days offer two tables and the lowest Standard prices. From Thursday, the auditorium focuses on one table. The full event guide carries the round timetable and every published price.
2 or 3 March at 1pm: Standard £28 plus 10%, two tables.
6 March at 7pm: a single-table semi-final, Standard £45 plus 10%.
2–4 March afternoon: concessions available for ages 16 and under. Confirm the minimum age with WST.
7 March final: two separate £50 Standard sessions plus 10%; Sunday day tickets sold out.
Telford International Centre is on International Way, Telford, Shropshire TF3 4JH. Gate A uses TF3 4JH; rear Gate B uses TF3 4EH. The venue is around five minutes from M54 junctions 4 or 5.
Telford Central station is a 10–15 minute walk: the venue FAQ says ten minutes and its contact page allows fifteen. Leave time for the route and crossings, especially with luggage. Rail connections run through Wolverhampton, Birmingham New Street and Shrewsbury. Use National Rail’s station guide for facilities and your dated journey.
The venue says buses connect the station and town centre. Check the route and last departure for your arrival through Arriva; a numbered event shuttle is not published in the checked Players information. Southwater and the town centre are nearby pedestrian landmarks.
Parking is Yes: the venue lists 1,500 spaces. Its FAQ says parking charges depend on the event and booking ahead is unnecessary. Use the venue’s visitor directions for entrances and car parks.
For evening play, check your actual return train before choosing a session. A 7pm start can run late; match length depends on frames. Add the station walk and boarding time to your plan. March 2027 last-train times are not quoted here.

Buy a seat or admission for the named session, or an explicitly sold all-day ticket. The event tariff lists all 42 amounts, availability and concessions. WST adds a 10% booking fee: £28 becomes £30.80. Its £1 charity donation per ticket is not an extra charge.
For Players Championship 2027, choose a published admission day or session, then its priced category. The published 10% booking fee is included automatically. Enter any additional whole-party checkout cost separately. Travel and food cover your whole party; rooms cost nights × rooms × room price. This is a budget estimate, calculated on your device.

WST’s ticket conditions require smart dress and bar sports or team shirts. Only food and drink bought on the premises may be consumed. Discuss medical requirements with the seller before travel. The venue carries out security searches at its gatehouses.
WST prohibits mobile-phone use, unauthorised cameras and recording; phones may be held until the session ends. Switch devices off and follow steward instructions. Late entry is at a suitable break. Move between frames when directed, particularly on two-table days when the other match may still be playing.
The checked event documents leave catering payment methods unpublished, as recorded in the arrival gap above. Bring a payment card and confirm with the organiser if you need cash facilities. Keep your ticket for any permitted re-entry; WST’s terms require a valid ticket.

Concessions apply on 2–4 March for children aged 16 and under, people aged 65 and over, unemployed visitors, NUS students, NHS ID holders and registered disabled visitors. Proof is required on arrival. The tariff gives registered disabled visitors a free carer ticket.

Choose an afternoon session for an earlier first visit and explain the quiet-play rule before entering. Friday to Sunday have no concession price in the sheet. The International Hotel Telford and voco Telford–Ironbridge are the venue’s two on-site hotels. These suit a short journey after an evening match. Ask the hotel about the precise accessible route to your event entrance.
Premier Inn Telford International Centre publishes a five-minute walk to the venue. Travelodge Telford on Park Avenue is another nearby base; allow roughly 5–10 minutes on foot as a planning estimate.
Ramada Telford Ironbridge is on the town-centre side. Mercure Telford Centre is on Forge Gate: allow roughly 15–20 minutes to the venue. These walks are estimates from published locations, rather than measured routes.
Best Western Valley Hotel publishes around ten minutes’ drive from Telford. The White Hart in Ironbridge has rooms above its pub; allow roughly 15–20 minutes by taxi. Its accommodation information warns of weekend bar noise until 11.30pm. Arrange the return taxi before an evening session.
No room prices are quoted. Compare the total stay for your dates and the journey after play. The venue visitor page names its on-site hotels; Premier Inn, Travelodge, Mercure and The White Hart supply their locations.
Novello Lounge in Southwater has all-day food and children’s, vegan and gluten-free menus. Hummingbird Café at Meeting Point House is a breakfast or lunch option. Check the day’s opening before arranging your meal.
Zizzi Southwater publishes a five-minute venue walk. Nando’s and Bella Italia are nearby alternatives. An all-day ticket has two starts, so eat during the long gap after the afternoon match and return for the evening start under the event’s re-entry arrangements.
LiquorLab offers cocktails; Albert’s Shed has drinks and live music. Check closing and kitchen times separately: a late match may outlast dinner service. Southwater is roughly 5–10 minutes away on foot.
The voco hotel lounge provides a nearby seated alternative. Wrekin Giant is a pub with sport and evening entertainment; check its programme if you want a quiet conversation.
